Judo

This class instructs the student in the martial art and Olympic sport of Judo.  Students will learn to fall safely, perform various throws, hold downs, and submission techniques. Regardless of age, Judo can be practiced at every level and has something for everyone and it is one of the most popular martial arts practiced throughout the world.

Bojuka Ryu students have successfully competed in Judo with numerous State and National Champions including medal wins on the international stage. The classes are available for Junior, Intermediate, and Senior students.  Classes are held three times a week.

Women’s Judo—Botan Joshi Judo Kai

In this class, you will not only learn the martial art of Judo (gentle way), but you will also realize the inner strength, abilities, and untapped resources that you have within yourself. You will also meet and train with other ladies that have a common interest and perhaps create new and lasting friendships. You will learn in a comfortable and non-threatening atmosphere with a mix of traditional and current training techniques in a very welcoming environment.

Beginner/Novice (6 yrs +)

Tue/Thu: 4:00pm – 5:00pm

Sat: 9:00am – 10:15am

Junior Classes (6-11 yrs old)

Tue/Thu: 6:00pm – 7:15pm

Sat: 9:00am – 10:15am

Intermediate / Adult Classes ( 12 yrs+ )

Tue/Thu: 7:15pm – 8:45pm

Sat: 11:45am –1:00pm

Women’s Judo 

Mon/Fri: 6:15pm – 7:15pm

Sat: 1:00pm – 2:00pm
