Make a goal this Summer of starting a healthy lifestyle that will follow you for the rest of your life. Whether it’s a new exercise program, adjustment in your nutritional intake, or other healthy choices, start with small consistent steps and continue as you make incremental changes that will make a huge difference over time. If you have a hard time in being consistent, that’s okay. Missed a few days? Just get back on the bike and start pedaling again. You might stop for a bit, you might fall off the bike, but if you keep getting back on and keep pedaling you will make progress.
