Our team at the East Bay Judo Invitational had a great time and some good competition. Everyone fought their hardest and we came away with three Gold medals and two Bronze. Very nicely done! Thank you to the parents of our young competitors for bringing them to this tournament. And also “thank you” to matside coaches, Sensei Nicki, Sensei Janine, Sensei Anthony, and Aleida, for guiding our students through their matches and in between matches. Each of these tournaments help to gain experience and develop their judo a step at a time. It takes time, patience, and hard work to keep growing and improving, there isn’t an “app” for this.😊
